Funeral Services for William Karl Keesee, age 49, of Early, Texas will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the Austin Avenue Church of Christ in Brownwood, Texas. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, November 2, 2015 at the Austin Avenue Church of Christ. He passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015 in Mills County.
NOTE: Sgt. William "Karl" Keesee, a Texas Highway Patrol Sergeant, was driving southbound on U. S. Highway 84 near Goldthwaite around 11:25 PM on October 29, 2015, when his patrol vehicle left the road, went over the guardrail and into a creek bed. He joined the department in 1990 and was stationed in Brownwood. He is survived by his wife and two children.
