Funeral services for Clois Dunsworth, 89, of Early, will be at 2 p.m. Friday April 13, 2007, in the Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:30 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home Mrs. Dunsworth passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2007, in a local nursing facility. She was born on Oct. 6, 1917, in Owens to Marcus L. and Zillah Pittman Harris. She married R.A. Dunsworth on April 15, 1937, in Owens. He died March 14, 1993. She worked as a longtime seamstress for Brownwood Manufacturing and was also a homemaker. Clois was a longtime member of the Early Church of Christ. Clois is survived by her three daughters, Betty Kyle and husband Matt of Mullin, RaLois Lancaster of Early, and Reta Davis and husband Jim of Barksdale; a sister, Billie Jo Tyson of Zephyr; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, five sisters, and two brothers.
