MIDLAND -- Funeral services for Arra Lee Pittman, 82, of Midland, formerly of Brownwood, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3 at Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmie A. Mize officiating. Interment will be in May Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Morris Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. tonight at the funeral home. Mrs. Pittman died Friday, Jan. 31, 2003, in Midland. Mrs. Pittman was born Aug. 3, 1920, in Lubbock. She married William Alfred Pittman on Aug. 20, 1938, in Williams. She later married Elzie Pittman on June 8, 1984, in Brownwood. She was a retired bookkeeper at Guthrie Oil Co. in Brownwood. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Bangs. Survivors include two daughters, Louise Sowell and husband, Curtis, of Lubbock, and Kathy Oglesby and husband, Ron, of Midland; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, George Osburn of Houston; two sisters, Velva Bowden of Abilene and Geraldine Cox of San Angelo. She was preceded in death by both husbands; her parents, Chester Author Osburn and Emma Theresa Wiesenborn Osburn; son, William Doug Pittman; and a sister, Alma Martin.
