Funeral Services for Virginia Conner Garton, age 81, of Brownwood, Texas, March 17, 2017, at the Heartland Funeral Home in Early, Texas. Interment in the May Cemetery. Ms. Garton passed away Monday, March 13, 2017, at her son’s residence in Baytown, Texas.
Virginia Lee was born on April 26, 1935 in Chillicothe, Texas, to Vernon Maurice and Minnie Lee Hollingsworth Conner.
Survivors include her four children, 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, a brother, and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, son James Richard Garton, granddaughter Cassieda Denson; sister Edna Mae Settle and brother John Edward Conner.
