Jimmy Levi Franklin, age 65, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016, at University Medical Center in Lubbock, TX.
He was born June 1, 1951, to J. L. and Inez Burnett Franklin in May, TX. He married Penny Hocker, and was a project manager in the oil and gas industry.
He is preceded in death by his mother.
