Rosetta Webb Prewitt Rice February 23, 1948 - August 16, 2018 Rosetta Prewitt-Rice, age 70, of Brownwood, Texas departed life on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 6:20 AM in Brownwood. She was preceded in death by her father Eddie Webb Sr, brother Eddie Webb Jr, sister Marilyn Webb, sons Raymond Webb and Carlos Webb. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Terry Rice; son Oscar Rice of Brownwood; daughter Deborah Webb of Stone Mountain, Georgia; grandchildren Antwun Whitney and Garon Whitney of New Hampshire, Channon Webb of Austin, Texas, Kwaizae Webb of Austin, Ismasean Webb of Austin; great grandchild Makheda McPherson; her mother Clara Webb of Bangs, Texas; sister Bessie Heffner of Bangs, Texas, Claudia Person of Eads, Tennessee, Sheila Washington and husband Luriel of Pflugerville, Texas; brothers Carl Webb of Bangs, Texas, Sherwood Webb of Austin, Texas, Daryl Webb of Bangs, Texas and Nicholas Webb of Philadelphia. A host of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral Services for Rosetta Webb Prewitt Rice, age 70, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the Mt Zion Baptist Church under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Bangs Cemetery. A wake will be held 6:00- 8:00 pm Friday August 24, 2018 at the church.
