Delmer Parks, age 70, of Lake Brownwood passed away December 19, 2015 at his residence.
Delmer was a twin to Elmer Lee Jr. both born on September 18, 1945 to Elmer and Lillie Mae (Williams) Parks in Ada, Oklahoma. He worked for Brown County Precinct 4 for ten years and drove trucks for 25 years. Delmer loved his family and NASCAR.
Delmer is survived by his wife, Catherine Parks of Brownwood; daughter, Melissa Creek of Brownwood; son, Rick Parks of Flower Mound; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; and 2 sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Valerie Kay Foshee; son, Billy Michael Parks; and several brothers and sisters.
