Geraldine “Geri” Murray, 81, of Early passed away July 1, 2016 in a local nursing home.
Geri was born Feb. 27, 1935 in Sulphur Springs to Ralph and Mary Payne.
She was a loving mother and friend that deeply loved her family and friends. Her favorite pastimes were reading her Bible and watching television.
Geri is survived by her daughter, Laura Murray of Early; brother, Larry Payne and wife Sonya of Tuscola; sister, Ann Hughes of Bangs; and numerous nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Murray; her parents, Brother Ray Payne and his wife Jane; brother-in-law, Harvey Hughes; and a lifelong friend, Shirley Payne.
